A Dilli evening after the scorching summer heat.
The extreme heat has paralyzed the whole street.
However, the roads that have been covered by the footsteps of thousands of diverse cultures are not at all tiring.
The juice vendor waits intently to cool the mind and body of those tired after work. The hunger of a whole family can be seen in those eyes.
Despite the scorching summer heat, no one has forgotten the tea vendors’ hot tea. They shared the hot tea, cracking jokes and laughing, forgetting the intense summer heat for a while.
I saw the desperation of the poor, the emptiness of nothingness scattered here and there on this street. The curious innocent childhood fills every street corner.
I wondered if I was the only one who saw the numbness under the colorful dupattas.
Thousands of different languages were fluttering in the wind. Nothing but the diversity makes this cramped, crowded street more and more curious and winsome.
