പ്രതിബന്ധങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പിൽ തളരാതെ അഞ്ജന അനിൽകുമാർ. കേൾവി ശാരീരിക ചലനത്തെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുമെന്ന യാഥാർഥ്യത്തെ മറികടന്നുകൊണ്ടാണ് അഞ്ജന 9 വർഷമായിട്ട് നൃത്ത മേഖലയിൽ മുന്നേറിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.

പഠനവും, വ്യക്തിജീവിതവും

കണ്ണൂർ വാരം ശാസ്താംകോട്ട ശിവക്ഷേത്രത്തിനു സമീപം അഞ്ജനം വീട്ടിൽ കെ.പി അനിൽകുമാറിന്റെയും പ്രീതയുടെയും മകളായി 1998 ജനുവരി 29ന് ജനനം. ജന്മനാ കേൾവിശക്തിയില്ലാത്ത അഞ്ജന തന്റെ പരിമിതികളെ അവഗണിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് മഞ്ഞോടി കേരള സ്കൂൾ ഓഫ് ആർട്ട്സിൽ നിന്നും നൃത്തവും ചിത്രരചനയും അഭ്യസിച്ചുപോരുന്നു. ശബ്ദത്തിനും താളത്തിനും പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള നൃത്തമെന്ന കലാരൂപം കേൾവിയുടെ അസാന്നിധ്യത്തിലും അഞ്ജന സ്വായത്തമാക്കിയത് അത്ഭുതാവഹമാണ്. എടക്കാട് സിംഫണിയിൽ രജീഷ് മാസ്റ്റർ, തോട്ടട നീലാംബരിയിൽ നിമിഷ ടീച്ചർ, കണ്ണൂർ കൃഷ്ണകുമാർ, കലാമണ്ഡലം ഉഷ നന്ദിനി, ഹരിശ്രീ ചക്കരക്കൽ, ഐശ്വര്യ തുടങ്ങിയവർ അഞ്ജനയുടെ ഗുരുനാഥന്മാരാണ്.

ചൊവ്വ GHSSൽ അഞ്ജനയുടെ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.
സർവ്വശിക്ഷ അഭിയാൻ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ചിത്രോത്സവം ശിൽപശാലയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
സർവ്വശിക്ഷ അഭിയാൻ ചിത്രോത്സവം പുരസ്കാരത്തിനർഹ.
സൂര്യ ടി.വിയിൽ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ചാമ്പ്യൻസ്, മഴവിൽ മനോരമയിലെ ഉഗ്രം ഉജ്ജ്വലം, ഫ്ലവേർസ് ടി.വിയിലെ കോമഡി ഉത്സവം എന്നീ പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

For 9 years Anjana Anil Kumar has been overriding the fact that hearing loss may disrupt body balance. She marked her name as a dancer in spite of her deafness.

Education and Personal Life

She was born to KP Anil Kumar and Preetha, on 29th January 1998, near Shasthamkotta Shiva Temple, Kannur. She got training in dancing and drawing at Kerala School of Arts, Manjodi, ignoring the deafness which accompanied her by birth. Fantastic Anjana performs well in dancing mainly focused on sounds and music. Anjana got training under Rajeesh Master of Edakkad Symphony, Nimisha Teacher of Thottada Neelambari, Kannur Krishnakumar, Kalamandalam Usha Nandini, Harisree Chackakkal and Aishwarya.

Workshops and Achievements

Exhibited her paintings at GHSS Chovva.

Participated in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Chithrolsavam workshop, and won a prize from the same.

Participated at ‘Champions’ telecasted in Surya TV, ‘Ugram Ujjwalam’ of Mazhavil Manorama and ‘Comedy Uthsavam’ of Flowers TV.
